BIMReinforcer

Digital reinforcement detailing for precast projects

BIMReinforcer supports digital reinforcement detailing for precast columns, walls, beams, and foundations. Based on a 3D formwork model, BIMReinforcer creates IFC-based reinforcement models and workshop drawings. In this process, our tool takes into account design calculations, building standards, and the practical experience of our detailing engineers.

EC2-focused detailing IFC input IFC + PDF output Service for recurring detailing workflows

You provide:

  • IFC model of structural element formwork
  • Structural analysis information
  • Embed details according to manufacturing requirements

You receive:

  • Model with accurate reinforcement arrangement (IFC)
  • 2D workshop drawings (PDF)
  • Files linking using Trimble Connect
  • Bar Bending Schedule (BBS)
  • (Extra) Embed numbering can be adapted to factory-specific structures at additional cost.

Time estimates

After a project is submitted, an engineer usually starts the initial review within 2 hours. Preparing an offer normally takes up to 1 working day.

After the client makes the downpayment, the payment processing time depends on the selected payment method. Card payments and instant bank transfers are usually confirmed within a few seconds, while standard bank transfers may take up to 2 working days.

Estimated delivery times depend on the project size and technical complexity.

Small

A small project (up to 20 elements) is usually completed within 6 working days.*

Medium

A medium-sized project (up to 100 elements) is usually completed within 3 weeks.*

Large project example

Large

A large project (up to 500 elements) is usually completed within 2 months.*

* Actual completion times may vary depending on the complexity of individual elements, the completeness of submitted information, and any clarifications required during the detailing process.

Not included by default:

major redesign iterations, factory-specific embed renumbering, and non-standard deliverables outside the agreed project scope.
